TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
The main mission of "Lavish Travel & Concierge" (the agent) is to provide services and advice to clients (the buyers), in order to facilitate the management of their daily life, either directly for interventions requiring no special qualifications, or through the intervention of professionals. In this case, "Lavish Travel & Concierge" intervenes as a mere intermediary in the relationships between customers (buyers) and suppliers of products and service providers (vendors).
ARTICLE 1 - APPLICATION OF GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general terms and conditions of sale are systematically provided when a contract is signed. Accordingly, any order placed by the customer entails full compliance, without restriction or reservation, with these terms and conditions which prevail over any other document issued by "Lavish Travel & Concierge". Any other condition proposed by the customer will not be binding on the company without prior and express acceptance by "Lavish Travel & Concierge", regardless of when it was brought to its attention. Failure by "Lavish Travel & Concierge" to exercise its rights under any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such rights. The customer declares that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions prior to ordering any product or service.
ARTICLE 2 - SERVICES
"Lavish Travel & Concierge" is committed to delivering the services listed on our website under the "Services" section. Services are available to both individuals and professionals. The person subscribing will personally benefit from the services included in the chosen membership. In case of partial or non-use of the benefits, no refund shall be claimed.
Subscriptions entitle the member to access all services included in the selected membership. For all non-subscription services, a case-by-case assessment will be made, and a quote submitted for approval. In the event of any changes to services or prices, subscribers will be informed at least one month prior to implementation.
No service shall be confirmed unless full payment has been received by "Lavish Travel & Concierge".
ARTICLE 3 – MEMBERSHIPS
Essential Membership:
Cost: €1500
Benefits: 1% credit on each purchase, 1 complimentary transfer (up to €250), preferential rates, VIP amenities.
Lifestyle Membership:
Cost: €3000
Benefits: 2% credit on each purchase, 1 complimentary experience (up to €400), preferential rates, VIP amenities.
Elite Membership:
By invitation only.
Membership Duration:
12 months from the date of purchase.
Credit Accumulation:
Credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the member.
Complimentary Services:
Must be booked during the membership period and are subject to availability.
Renewal & Cancellation:
Memberships do not auto-renew.
Elite Invitations:
Elite status is granted at the discretion of "Lavish Travel & Concierge".
Terms of Use:
Members agree to comply with company guidelines and policies.
Liability:
"Lavish Travel & Concierge" shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred through the use of membership services.
Modification:
The company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.
ARTICLE 4 – SERVICES
Services for non-members are provided upon request and subject to prior quotation.
All services must be paid in full in advance of execution. No service will be confirmed until payment is received.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or direct debit. Exceptions may be granted in writing by "Lavish Travel & Concierge" to facilitate execution.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENTS
Payments must be made by bank transfer, direct debit, or credit card. Clients paying by card will receive a payment authorization form which must be signed and returned. All payments must be confirmed before service begins.
ARTICLE 6 – ORDERS

The customer shall reimburse "Lavish Travel & Concierge" for all supplier invoices. Copies of related invoices may be attached. "Lavish Travel & Concierge" acts strictly as an intermediary and is not liable for the product/service of the supplier.
Delays by suppliers cannot result in compensation. Alternatives may be proposed if a product or service is unavailable. Without client acceptance within five working days, the order will be cancelled. Service is non-transferable. Any modification or cancellation must be submitted within seven working days and is subject to approval by "Lavish Travel & Concierge".
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT TO CANCEL
Section 1: Applicability

Applies to individuals as defined under French consumer law.

Corporate/professional clients are excluded.
Section 2: Cancellation Period

Clients may cancel according to the cancellation policy defined in the quotation.

If service has started with client consent, cancellation rights are forfeited and partial charges may apply.
Section 3: Notification

Cancellations must be sent in clear written form (e.g., email or form).

Confirmation of receipt will be provided by "Lavish Travel & Concierge".
Section 4: Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of valid cancellation notice.

Refund via same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Section 5: Exceptions

No cancellation if service was fully performed or deposits sent with prior client consent and acknowledgment.
ARTICLE 8 – RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP & TRANSFER OF RISK
Suppliers retain ownership until full payment is made. Products travel at the client’s risk. "Lavish Travel & Concierge" bears no responsibility for transport or delivery damages, loss, or delays.
ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY
1. Limitation: No liability for indirect damages. Direct liability limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
2. Exclusions: No liability for delays or issues beyond our control (e.g., strikes, disasters, etc.).
3. Accuracy Disclaimer: We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party service data.
4. Indemnification: Clients agree to hold us harmless from any third-party claims due to service use.
5. Performance: While we strive for excellence, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
6. Dispute Resolution: Disputes should first attempt resolution through negotiation and/or mediation.

ARTICLE 10 – DATA PROTECTION
Clients have the right to access, modify, and object to their personal data. Requests must include full name and address. NDAs can be signed upon request.
ARTICLE 11 – APPLICABLE LAW
All agreements are governed by French law.
ARTICLE 12 – DISPUTES
In the event of unresolved disputes, French civil courts will have jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 13 – NON-BINDING IMAGERY
All photos, videos, and visual media provided by "Lavish Travel & Concierge" are for illustration purposes only and are not contractually binding.
ARTICLE 14 – CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation terms may vary based on the type of service, amount involved, lead time, and conditions imposed by our providers. They are defined on a case-by-case basis and clearly stated in each quotation or contract. No cancellation is valid without written confirmation from "Lavish Travel & Concierge".
